The artwork inside our ultra villa king bed room was beautiful. i loved the lush landscaping all throughout the hotel. It included multiple waterfalls. this made it a destination on its own.
The hotel has some nice features. The grounds are fine. unfortunately, our room was pretty dingy with really awful bedding. it felt 20 years old and looked it too.

The restaurant presented well-prepared meals. The presentation was excellent. a private villa provided views across the jungle, including the nearby town. i particularly enjoyed the third infinity pool. It featured good views and was quiet.
I forgot a small item at the front desk . the staff refused to send it back to me, even though i was prepared to cover all shipping and service costs.

My room included a large patio balcony with views of the city. I could watch planes taking off. there was no television, but drinkable water, a large wardrobe, and several chairs were available. artwork added a bold touch.

The grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained, including different gardens. the concierge arranged tours to la paz waterfall gardens, poas volcano, and doka coffee plantation. The guides were excellent. i visited the spa for a massage.

I found the on-site restaurant provided exquisite dishes prepared with fresh, local ingredients. Transportation to and from the hotel was prearranged and prompt. The diverse vegetation on the premises was quite beautiful and well kept. I will recommend the spa services to friends.
